Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery: Nidhoggr Mead is dispatched next working day (Delivery time 3-5 days) and delivered by Royal Mail using 48hr recorded delivery subject to a challenge 25 ID check. Royal Mail will send a notification of the delivery day and time.

International Shipping: Customs and Duty may apply to your country, Nidhoggr mead don’t accept responsibility for those charges so please check what charges you may have to pay in your country. Delivery time is 7-9 days, but it may be longer depending on the location.

CHAOS RISING MEAD: Orders with any Chaos Rising mead in them will be dispatched together on 1st July 2021, if you want your Nidhoggr mead before then please order it separately.

ID Check

Due to Alcohol selling regulations the person receiving the delivery must show a valid passport or driver’s license showing they are over 18 years old to take delivery of the parcel, so please make sure they have a relevant ID to hand.

Returns 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
